A 30-minute discovery call, a thorough proposal crafted around what you actually want, and a scope of work that reflects your real needs — not someone else's idea of what a wedding should be. A couple eloping with 12 guests pays for a different scope than a couple hosting 200 guests across a three-day luxury weekend. Do you offer fixed-price wedding packages?
No. We build every package from scratch around your specific guest count, venue, design vision, and the events that matter to you. Some couples need a single-day full-service team; others want a three-day weekend experience with welcome cocktail, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch. Every proposal reflects exactly what you need — nothing more, nothing less.
How does pricing work if everything is custom?
Our planning fee is scope-based, not a percentage of your total wedding budget. Elopements for 2–20 guests start at one end of the range; multi-day luxury weekends at premium venues sit at the other. After your discovery call, we send a concrete investment figure for your specific scope — so you know exactly what you are paying for before you commit.
Does the planning fee include the venue, catering, and vendors?
No. Our fee is for planning and production — venue rental, food and beverage, photography, floral, entertainment, and all other vendors are paid directly to each provider. We negotiate those contracts on your behalf (often at rates unavailable to individual clients) and consolidate everything into a single budget tracker.
How is a custom approach different from a resort package?
Resort all-inclusive packages bundle ceremony + reception + basic decor + catering + a resort coordinator — which works if everything you want is on that resort's property. Our custom approach means your entire wedding is coordinated across all venues, all vendors, all events — with a dedicated planner who represents you, not the resort. Design, vendor selection, and guest experience all become genuinely yours.
What is a typical engagement timeline?
Most of our couples book us 12 to 18 months before their wedding. For peak-season dates (November through April) we recommend 18 months. Intimate elopements and off-season weddings sometimes come together in 4–6 months — we're flexible when we have availability.
Can I start with a smaller scope and expand later?
Absolutely. Many couples begin with a "day-of production + venue selection" scope and later expand to include design direction, welcome events, and guest logistics as the planning deepens. We adjust your proposal and fee as the scope grows. You never pay for services you do not need.
