Throw Another Shrimp on the Barbie!

When hosting a Destination Wedding, you get a mix of cultures, families & friends, all under the same roof for such an emotional event, so what better way in breaking the ice with a Meet & Greet or a BBQ?

This is a great opportunity for Parents of the Bride & Groom to meet, if they haven´t already, and for each of their families to meet the extended family from one another. Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents & close Friends all get to meet each other before the Big Day and discuss how they met the Bride & Groom, tell stories of when they were younger, or simply share a Margarita & a Cold Beer.

Depending on where you will be getting married, if it is in Cabo San Lucas or San Miguel de Allende, there are different food specialties depending on each region. It is very important you ask your Wedding Planner, as an expert in the Area, what would best fit in with your vision, budget & that would go great with the area you are in.

Even if it is just heavy appetizers & open bar, you cannot go wrong if you are with your Family & Closes Friends. I am sure they will love that they are able to try new stuff and enjoy the Mexican culture they way you two did when you started scouting a Destination Wedding event.
